We like to keep our terms and conditions clear and straightforward.
Below you can read what you can expect from us and what we ask of our guests.
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to the rental of the four gîtes of Au Pré Vert Dordogne,
59 Rue Bois de la Bastide, 24250 Saint-Aubin-de-Nabirat, France.
By making a reservation, the main booker agrees to these general terms and conditions. The main booker is also responsible for the other guests staying under the same reservation.

A stay at Au Pré Vert Dordogne can be booked directly via our website. You can also contact us by email or telephone to make a reservation.
After the reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation with the invoice.
We will then keep the selected period reserved for you.
For the final booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. This deposit is legally considered an acompte and must be paid within 8 days of receipt of the booking confirmation.
As soon as we have received the deposit, we will confirm that the booking is final. The cancellation conditions in point 4 apply to the booking.
If the deposit is not received within this period, we may make the reserved period available to other guests.
The remaining 70% of the total rental amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date .
If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, we ask you to pay the full rental amount within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
Upon receipt of the full payment, we will send you a confirmation.
Plans can change.
Therefore, you can cancel a reservation free of charge up to 10 weeks before the arrival date. We will then fully refund the 30% deposit already paid.
For cancellations within 10 weeks prior to arrival, the following cancellation fees apply:
from 10 to 6 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total rental amount
from 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount
less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount
We advise our guests to take out good travel and cancellation insurance.
On the day of arrival, the gîte is available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the gîte by 10:00 AM at the latest.
The gîte is intended for the number of guests specified in the reservation.
We ask our guests to be considerate of each other and our neighbors,
so that everyone can enjoy their stay.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the gîtes or on other parts of the grounds. This is only permitted on the gîte's private terrace.
To ensure peace, comfort, and hygiene for all our guests,
Pets are not allowed.
We ask you to handle the gîte and the items present with care.
Should anything get damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. Any damage caused by the guest may be charged.
The swimming pool and other facilities on the grounds are free for our guests to use. It is open from mid-April to the end of October and is not heated.
The swimming pool is not supervised; children always use the swimming pool under the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
To keep it safe, glassware is not allowed at the swimming pool; please use the designated plastic tableware.
If you notice during your stay that something is not working properly or is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
We are doing our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Should Au Pré Vert Dordogne be unable to proceed with the stay due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the rental amount already paid.
For circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, prolonged utility outages, or government measures, we cannot offer additional compensation.
Au Pré Vert Dordogne is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property.
Use of the gîte, the swimming pool, and the other facilities is with normal care and at your own responsibility .
Is anything not to your liking during your stay, or do you have a request? Please let us know as soon as possible.

We handle your personal data with care and use it only for your reservation, stay, and communication regarding it.

The furniture, layout, and facilities described on our website reflect the current situation.
Mood images depicting the intended end result were used for the decor and appearance of some spaces. It is already a lovely place, and we will do everything we can to make Au Pré Vert Dordogne even more beautiful.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can use an independent consumer mediator.
